Summary: This website contains material produced and managed by Somerston Asset Management Limited (the “Manager”) in relation to the funds it manages including Somerston Multi Asset Fund IC ( “Somerston Multi Asset Fund”), Somerston Core Equity Fund Limited (“Somerston Core Equity Fund”), Somerston Rainy Day Fund Limited (“Somerston Rainy Day Fund”) and Somerston Technology Fund Limited (“Somerston Technology Fund”), (collectively the “Funds”).
Fund Structure: Somerston Multi Asset Fund is established as an Expert Fund pursuant to the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988 and is obliged to adhere to the requirements of the Certified Funds Code of Practice and the Expert Fund Guide (the “Guide”) as published by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”). You acknowledge that Somerston Multi Asset Fund is aimed at Expert Investors. This means that only Expert Investors may subscribe to or acquire shares (the terms “Expert Investor” and “Expert Fund” shall be as defined in the Guide, published by the Commission and at Article 3 of the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law, 1988, as amended).
The Somerston Technology Fund and Somerston Core Equity Fund have been established in Jersey as a Jersey Private Fund. They are only suitable for those who fall within the definition of ‘professional investor’ or ‘eligible investor’ as such terms are defined in the Jersey Private Fund Guide.
Somerston Multi Asset Fund is regulated and supervised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (“JFSC”) and Somerston Technology Fund is supervised for AML/CFT/CPF purposes by the JFSC.
